Preorder Policy

WHAT IS A PRE ORDER:

A pre-order is an order placed for an item which is not in stock or may not ready to order, however an allocation for stock is available for purchase. It is the customers responsibility to read and understand this information before proceeding to place a Pre Order.

When you pre-order an item from Phoreal it is reserved exclusively for you and the order is placed with the manufacturer or when the product goes into production.

Customers will received a SMS notification from Phoreal, to inform customers that your order days away from dispatch with payment link via your mobile number provided during the preorder. We may resend the SMS notification to remind you after 48 hours we we not hearing back from you. However, we will automatically cancelled your preorder and therefore your item will passing on to another customer.

Payment: Customer need to click on the payment link in SMS and use your mobile device to pay. Apple iOS or Android will automatically trigger your Apple Pay or Wallet. Alternative, customer can enter their card details manually pay via Stripe Payment

Once we received your payment, you will get a SMS notification payment is received.

Your card is charged when the order is placed so the item is yours.

It is important tot keeping you in the loop with your order, at Phoreal, we will send you a SMS notification with a tracking number, from there you can tracking your parcel.

Please note that we have no control over when a pre-ordered item arrives, but instead offer estimates and we will keeping you up to date.

​CAN I CANCEL MY PRE ORDER:

Yes you can cancel your pre-order.

Please note when ordering a 'pre-order' or an 'estimated dispatch' item, we ask that you check out and pay for the order separately to other items you would like to purchase. This will allow us to ship your other non pre-order items straight away. Your pre-order will then be sent after the arrival date.
